At Belmont House, we care for many families. We have families who are in their 4th generation who come to see us!

If you are a parent, we would encourage you to bring your child as young as possible. It will help them build up their confidence in seeing a dentist from an early age.

Children under the age of 6 are seen for free at the practice when at least one parent is an active member of Denplan. We recommend your child see a dentist before the age of 18 months so we can spot any potential problems early. It is also for your child to build confidence in seeing us and establish a lasting relationship.

If your child has decay or cavities in the mouth, we would like to find the cause of these. We believe prevention is better than a cure. If there are cavities, we may also want to see the child possibly every 3 months rather than 6 months.

We welcome children of all ages and offer flexible options to suit every family. Appointments are available on a private basis, or you can choose one of our Denplan plans designed specifically for children.

Children’s examination fees start from £15, and our Denplan plans begin from just £5.10 per month, helping you spread the cost of routine dental care.
