Rosie joined Belmont House in 2015, bringing over a decade of management experience from the retail sector and a passion for patient care.
Starting her career as a dental nurse, she qualified in 2017 and quickly progressed to become the practice manager.
To further enhance her leadership skills, she completed her ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management, equipping her with the tools to successfully lead the team and ensure the smooth running of the practice.
With a background in both clinical and management roles, Rosie takes great pride in creating a warm, friendly atmosphere for both patients and staff at Belmont House. She is dedicated to maintaining high standards of care and fostering a positive, supportive environment within the practice, making sure that everyone who walks through the doors feels welcome and cared for.
Outside of work, Rosie enjoys spending her free time gardening, reading and hitting the trails for a run.
