Belmont House Dental Practice provides Private and NHS Dental Treatment to patients of all ages.
Patients Views
Belmont House Dental Practice values its patient’s views.
Belmont House Dental Practice conducts patient feedback questionnaires which can be filled out anonymously. These are reviewed by the Registered Manager. Any points raised will be discussed in staff meetings and suggestions for improvements of services will be discussed.
A log book is kept for any verbal or written suggestions made by patients to staff.
We are looking at implementing an online patient feedback survey, where patients can make suggestions and give feedback on our services. This feedback will be collated by the Practice Manager and discussed at staff meetings.
Opening Hours and Out of Hours Service
Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00
(Closed 13:00 – 14:00 for lunch)
Out-of-hours service is provided
Weeknights 18:00 – 21:00
Weekends and bank holidays 09:00 – 13:00
Arrangements for Dealing with Complaints
Should you wish to make a complaint about any aspect of your visit to Belmont House, we aim to acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and begin an investigation. We will notify the complainant when the investigation has been completed and inform them of the result. A copy of our full complaints policy is on display in our patient waiting rooms and available on our website.
